Property Investment

This text takes a different approach to the way that the management of property portfolios has been considered in the past, reflecting recent changes in the way surveyors are now trained to look at property investment. The book is based on investment and economic theory and contains practical examples and illustrations throughout. It makes use of many international examples; considers financial features of buildings rather than the physical construction; and applies analytical techniques that are used in other investment markets to the property market.
